Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, written by J.K. Rowlings is a book about an eleven-year-old boy who has grown up with his aunt and uncle never truly knowing what his real abilities are within the limits of magic. Harry is finally taken away to an incredible place where he will find unforgettable. Harry comes to realize that in this wonderful world what a well-known boy he truly is. Never having had a birthday party of even a great day in his life, things were really starting to look up for Harry Potter. Some critics and readers believe that Harry Potter magic books should not be read to children because “the character of Harry Potter is a wizard encouraging witchcraft and is contrary to the word of God.” (Yabood) Harry Potter
