In all United States elections, the power of money has always raised questions and concern. Does money affect election outcomes? If candidates outspend their opponents will they be guaranteed a victory? If so, by how much do they need to outspend their rivals? In reviewing the subject I looked at three major sources, each of whom had spent a lot of time studying the link between money and elections. A think tank, the non-partisan Center for Responsive Politics, investigated the 2000 elections and feels that money weighs heavily on the outcomes. In a different article written by Adam C.
