A heart transplant is, I think, one of the hardest decisions and procedures to endure in. Putting your self up against the high risk that are involved with a heart transplant is a hard decision to make. Making the funds available to have this costly surgery done is a whole other issue.
When hearing the actual figures of money that are involved in having a heart transplant, I got me thinking, “Did this person take care of their heart and is this something that they could of controlled? Are they personally paying for this, or is Medicare?” Then the question comes up, “ what else could I do with the hundreds of thousands of dollars that are put forth for this procedure?”
