Holden Caulfield has an odd relationship with women in this novel. He is constantly having thoughts of sexual desire but when he has opportunity to act appon them he does not, and when he does attempt to it is with people that he obviously does not have a chance with. Not only do these things come up in the novel but Caulfield also finds certain things that turn him on in a way, disturbing. And why is it that he is always doing these things?
