The play, Julius Caesar, is not about politics, free will, or violence; it is about deception. A deception is the trickery of one man to do think your thoughts, or for your thoughts. The play is full of deception whether it being within the conspirators, or Caesar himself. Deception is what makes this play what it is.
Cassius is the main conspirator seen in the play. He is the one gathering more people against Caesar and turning heads. How could so many people turn against Caesar?
