The topic of stem cell research is becoming very widely known. As with other issues that receive major media coverage, controversy is spreading. There are many ethical questions raised by the use of stem cells, and the way that they are retrieved. Stem cells are cells that have not differentiated (have the potential to become any type of cell). These cells can be found in adults, but are also found in the more controversial human embryo.
