Industrial Revolution in the 1800s

The Industrial Revolution of the 1800s changed America after the civil war. It brought new form of transportation, millionaire, and new inventions that would better our communications with each other. The major people of this time were Samuel Morse, Henry Bessemer, Andrew Bell, Thomas Edison, Andrew Carnegie, John Rockefeller, Cornelius Vanderbilt and J.P Morgan. For starters, Samuel Morse patented the telegraph that uses Morse code. It was an electronic alphabet that could carry messages.
