Houston rapper and CEO Carlo "South Park Mexican" Coy was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl who spent the night at his home last Labor Day weekend. He also had to pay a court ordered fine of $10,000, the maximum amount. Coy is eligible for parole after he serves 22 1/2 years or his 45 year sentence. Coy, 31, is the co-founder of Dope House Records, a metaphor for the "addictive" nature of his music. Against his lawyer's wishes, Coy took the stand in his own defense as the prosecutors were seeking a life sentence.
