Dr. Deming’s Points for Management Concerning System Design

Dr. W. Edward Deming, the world renowned management visionary, developed a list of 14 points that he felt was the roadmap for an organization seeking excellence. One of Dr. Deming’s beliefs was that management is responsible for designing and providing a work system in which their workers will strive for success. The two points from Dr. Deming’s list of 14 that we feel most strongly support this belief are points 10 and 12.
