Homelessness and Equality

In her article “The Criminalization of Homelessness”, Celine-Marie Pascal defends the poor and homeless, claiming that the human rights of the destitute are of a secondary concern to the civil liberties taken for granted by the fortunate. This argument is well supported with clear examples of contradictory laws enforced in some major U.S. cities.
