The Smith and Falmouth (S&F) is a medium sized Tele-Shopping and Mail Order Network that has operations in the U.S. and Canada. The company is driven by industry forecasts, and the internal strategy roadmap. In order to stay competitive the company started an e-tailing division named S& F Online. To get the program in place, in nine months, the new CEO Irene Seagraves implemented teams that would start the process. S & F Online primarily utilizes a decentralized organizational structure.
