There is an issue that has been of certain question for some time, ever since an official age had been set. This issue is as follows: When is it the right time to allow teens to enjoy the privilege of driving? I use the word privilege because, despite some common level of belief, technically driving is not a right. It is a privilege.
Obviously there are two main viewpoints on this issue, those who are for it and those who are against. Those who are against the idea of waiting to obtain a license and setting goals that have to be reached are mainly the teens themselves.
