Medea was the tragic heroin in this self-titled story play Medea, which was, written by the late and great Euripides. Her husband Jason who left her and her two children betrayed Medea. Jason went off with another woman who was apart of a royal family. Medea was told to leave by king Creon. Creon gave Medea one more day to do what she needed to do and leave. Medea thought of a plan to kill the king and princess and also her children all to get back at her husband Jason. Media’s plan was very successful. Medea showed some characteristics of a tragic heroin. She showed supreme pride, capacity for suffering, and a sense of commitment a belief in her own freedom, vigorous protest, transfiguration, and impact. Medea was a tragic heroin
