MATTER OF RONALD Q. - The Respondent, in this juvenile delinquency proceeding, asks that this Court suppress the introduction of physical evidence, to wit : one gravity knife, allegedly recovered from his person on the afternoon of October 17, 2002. The Respondent, Ronald Q., born 11/20/86, argues that his stop, seizure, search and ultimate arrest was without probable cause and that the property accordingly must be suppressed as "fruit of the poisonous tree," pursuant to Wong Sun v.
