What does a reverse lookup zone do? It gives permission to a Resolver in order to get a host name when you already have a IP address. You can find reverse lookup zones in unique domain called a address arpa. When it comes to naming a reverse lookup zone it is opposite of what the network ID is. A good example would be “you have a network ID of 132.165.7.0. The reverse lookup zone for this domain is 7.165.132.”
