My interview with Coach James Thomas

When did you fall in love with coaching was the first question one has to ask a young coach. I feel when a coach is younger so much more heart goes into teaching and helping your athletes grow both physically and mentally. You have to be able to hold a certain personality when you are just a little older than your students and they have to understand were your coming from. I don’t want to quote him word for word but I do want the reader of this interview to get a good view of Coach Thomas.
