For this quarter’s Spiritual Book Report, I have chosen to read Confessions by Saint Augustine. The book is started off with some pretty complicated questions, such as ‘how can we look for god when we do not know what he looks like?’ This is followed by Augustine rationalizing his statement asking god to come into him. He realizes that god has no physical bounds so he cannot come into him. Also, he realizes that god is already inside of everything because he created everything. He then realizes that if god is in everything then a small part of us is in everything as well.
