Psychodietetics, the reforming ideal that many emotional problems presently mislabeled "mental" are in fact rooted in inappropriate nutrition. The theory that emotional complaints can be prevented, treated, and cured by improved nutrition has been striving to show the American public and teach the general acceptance of the principle that food nutrients are the key to emotional health. However, do not believe nutrition alone can cure all mood or delusional disorders.
