Family life in the new millennium is constantly changing. The number of mothers acquiring full-time employment is increasing, fathers are spending more time at the office and consequently their children are spending more time at daycare. The costs of living as well as the current condition of the economy are both placing pressure on employed people--especially those with children--to spend more time in the office.
