The ZYK Company has received a complaint from an employee who alleges the current process for testing and promoting employees into management positions discriminates against African-Americans. Additionally, the employee has alleged that the current dress code policy is unfair. The dress code policy does not allow males to have pierced ears of wear hair that hangs below their collars.
