Assuming the role of an athletic official, I would argue that season ticket holders should not have to pay an additional charge for purchasing season tickets. Just because the university may be in need of finances does not mean that they should force additional charges amongst others. Other methods of obtaining money should be considered first before unnecessary measures are taken. In reference to the millions of dollars the University of Georgia takes in annually, what could the university possibly have in mind that would require them to yearn for more money? How will the intended uses for the money benefit the ticket holder?
