Slavery

Slavery is the owning of human beings. Possessed by the others, slaves are treated as one of the property of its owner. The owners were allowed, in the past, to completely dominate every aspect of their slaves’ life. These slaves as a consequence had zero degree of freedom, not to mention the human right which no slaves were allowed to have in those days. This situation in theory should be abolished since slavery is considered to be against human right and thus illegal at present.
