1) Analyze the Japanese ice cream market. What does Ben & Jerry’s have to do to succeed there? I think in order for Ben & Jerry’s to succeed there , I think it would be much better for Ben & Jerry to go with the Yamada option, because I believe that it would make twice as much with Domino’s pizza. Domino’s would be like promoting Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
2) Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of relying on Seven Eleven to distribute Ben & Jerry’s in the Japanese market.
