Introduction
For my fitness- training programme, I will be designing a circuit that will contain 10 stations and within that there will be 8 fitness stations and 2 skilled related activity stations for swimming. The aspects of fitness that I want to improve is:
Muscular endurance
Flexibility
Stamina
There are many different muscular groups that are vital in the course for competive swimming and these types of muscular groups include:
Biceps
Triceps
Deltoids
Trapeziums
Pectorals
Abdominals
Quadriceps
Hamstrings
Gastrocnemius
A swimmer also needs good stamina, suppleness. Flexibility also plays a vital role, especially shoulder flexibility. This is so that the swimmer can get power and good symmetry when swimmin
