Safe Injection Sites

In the Vancouver Sun, an article with the headline “Two downtown locations propose as safe injection sites” appeared on March 5, 2003. It outlined the 200-page proposal of setting up two safe injection sites that the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority gave to Health Canada.
