Odyssey

In “The Odyssey,” the main character, Odysseus, goes through many stages in his journey back home from the war. These stages represent the phases that human beings have to go through in their lives. Life itself is a journey just like that of Odysseus, where one makes mistakes but has to learn from them to move on. If one does not move on than someone tempted that person or something and it could possibly control his or her life. To make it through life safely one must avoid these temptations but also know what one wants in life to be successful. Odysseus tries throughout the story to make it back to his wife because he will be happy with her. He does not let obstacles and temptations get in his way from making it back home.
