Frank Sinatra may have been one of the best singers of the 20th century. This is why he gets my vote for “Best Ballad Singer of the 20th Century.” I chose him because of his numerous number one records, his unbelievable voice, and his ability to span his success across decades.
Frank was never really interested in singing while he was young. When he was 18, though, he heard Bing Crosby over the radio and loved his music.
