“War, what is it good for?” The Vietnam War was Americas Longest and most brutal war to date. Starting in 1957 and ending in 1975, this terrible and crucial war was a huge step in the fight against communism. The brave young men who fought in this war will always be remembered for their heroic efforts and unselfish sacrifice for their country.
