The Basics About Geometry and Aeronautics

When people think of aeronautics they basically think of planes and the sky. What they do not think of is what it takes for it to happen. Sure, there is fuel and thrust involved with it, but what about simply the basic geometry of it? No one would really compare the too but when you think about, geometry plays the biggest role in aeronautics. Everything in aeronautics has to be mathematically correct, especially the geometry part.
When you think of jets you notice how the wings are shaped and how the fin is shaped, but what you don’t think of is how to determine how long it does have to be.
