Teamwork and its beginning
Teamwork has been intertwined in human culture since the beginning of time. It has been used since the early Egyptians banded together to create the ancient pyramids. Teams were formed by the Roman Military in times of war to defeat the enemy in an effective, orderly manner. Teamwork has proved time and time again that it is the most efficient way to complete projects and tasks when working in any type of group setting. In the early 1930s, teams were created and implemented into the workplace of major manufacturing companies in the United States.
