When you hear the phrase “Artificial Intelligence,” your immediate thought is probably computers. This is because most research today, including artificial intelligence, is centered around the world’s greatest computers and operating systems. Another common term in A.I. is robots or robotics, a large part of A.I. The goal of most scientists is to take intelligence and apply it to an object or machine, and make it real. We have not reached the point where we walk amongst intelligent and independent minded robots, but have accomplished so much with today’s computers. If we continue to advance in this subject the way we have than we may one day see the advancement of intelligent machines and live and work with them everyday. Artificial
