It is incredible how quickly high school goes by. During my senior year I could not wait to be a college student; it was all my friends and I talked about. I was more than ready to take the next step in life. Then the time finally came and I became a full-time student at Louisiana State University. I was in a new world, about to begin the journey of a lifetime.
When looking back on my first semester of college I think about how fast it has come and gone. I recall how much I matured in such a short period of time. There are so many memories, both good and bad, that I will have forever. Even though there were certain things I should have done differently, I have no regrets. I learned from my mistakes.
