Terrorism by nature is difficult to define. Acts of terrorism conjure emotional responses in the victims as well as the practitioners mainly causing deep feelings of fear. My grandfather once said, “One man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter”. Most often, terrorism is a weapon of last resort! While it may seem that the number of terrorist acts has steadily declined in recent years, it been shown that they are becoming more lethal.
