There are numerous machines that are utilized in education deaf or blind people. One of these includes a telecommunication device for the deaf (or TDD). This device assists deaf people in talking on the telephone. Instead of speaking, you type what you have to say and it is relayed verbally to the person on the line. A similar device is used for blind people. The text is not printed on the screen, rather it comes up on a TeleBraille system that allows the person to read it using the blind Braille alphabet. This can also be used to communicate face- to- face with a person who is deafblind and a sighted person.
