1. The evidence provided by David Harris was very hard to accommodate because it mainly happened with the blacks. It starts off by explaining how there was a study done on all the traffic stops where data was recorded; the data included the race of the drivers. This data would be what police officers would go on sometimes in their cases. In New Jersey, Jon Lamberth of Temple University performed a statistical analysis of racial distribution of traffic stops in New Jersey. This data was colleted in order to find the rate in which blacks were stopped, ticketed and arrested. Lamberth reviewed and reconstructed three types of information through patrol activities, and police radio logs. He was out to measure the total racial composition
