Blondes versus brunettes. The Yankees versus the Mets. Bert versus Ernie. Americans today tackle many conflicting personal struggles such as these all the time. But perhaps the greatest, and most unnerving, of the inner tug-of-wars one must combat is this: conservative versus liberal, in regards to U.S. government. This clash has been disputed for the entire duration of our nation’s existence, and looks to continue well into its future.
