The mind...a wonderful, often times mysterious bundle of activity. It is a place where all activities related to the basic functions of life are started. As such, navigating, controlling, and utilizing the mind to its fullest potential can be a challenge. The mind contains a dynamic system that houses memory in various levels, mainly these sections are Sensory, Short-term, and Long-term. If we use a computer as a model of the brain, we will see it has parts for performing various tasks. It has the motherboard, which can be associated to the skull. The processor that can be related to the brain. RAM, which means Random Access Memory, this component is similar to the part of the brain that recalls memories stored in long-term memory.
