Koch concludes by saying that if you are not his advocate, you indirectly support murder. I think this claim is extreme and a poor solution in closing his arguments. People who are against the death penalty are against murder. People who support or oppose capital punishment are not both against murder. Koch believes that capital punishment is effective.
