First of all, I want to define what is "understand language". According to structure and development of the lexicon n relation to the origin of language (http://www.percepp.demon.co.uk/lexicon.htm) "Understanding a word means linking it with something else in our experience" I think animals can be trained to understand human language. A wealth of experiments has demonstrated, human-animal's communication is spontaneous and creative ˇV that is the vocal or signed exchanged of significant information. Animals are indeed speaking with us, in a meaningful way. Let us see the following examples.
