The Witness and the Hit Man? was definitely an accurate portrayal of
the corrupt things that can happen in the criminal justice system. The
situation may seem bizarre but in such a congested and overcrowded
judicial system bribery and other crimes are bound to slip through the
cracks. This is just what happened when Bob Lowe made a faithful
decision to testify in the murder trial of his neighbor, Billy Logan.
