How was life post World War II? Life can be described as pretty hectic after the war but not as scary and crazy as sought out to be. It was of a time of precaution and uncertainty as my uncle explained to me. He said that it was a time where everybody was worried that at any given time war could break out. He said that more people were worried about “the bomb” than anything else. He recalls the times where they would have to go through bomb drills in school where they would have to hide under the desk and close all the windows so no light would get in.
