William Faulkner’s “A Rose for Emily” begins with Emily Grierson’s death and ends the same. It jumps around a lot and is very confusing and interesting in a very grotesque manner. The story is fairly unusual in that, the beginning of the story introduces the current situation to the audience, the middle is kind of a flashback on the past occurrences, and the final part is where the beginning left off. “A Rose for Emily” is like a story within a story. It's like watching Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction.
