Macbeth's and Lady Macbeth's actions propel the play through a roller coaster of emotions. Their minds begin to spin out of control having no realization between right and wrong.Their fear and guilt finally catch up to them making them realize they have gained nothing.
In the beginning of the play Macbeth is perceived as a courageous and honorable man. Like many men Macbeth probably had dreams of becoming King. When Macbeth meets the three witches they turn his dream into reality. The witches greet Macbeth with three prophecies representing the past, present, and future.
